How can I park my car? Is there a cost or do I need to register in advance?

Outdoor parking lots in Jeju Shinhwa World Hotel&Resort are free to use without pre-registration.
* Guests visiting the Marriott Resort with EV are kindly requested to use the electric car-exclusive parking lot. If it is full, please request guidance from the staff waiting at the main entrance.
* Guests staying in the Shinhwa Resort are advised to unload luggage and companions at the lobby before moving to the parking lot for a more comfortable check-in process.

How can I use the resort shuttle bus service?

The Jeju Shinhwa World shuttle bus has been closed.

We recommend using a taxi or bus and please refer to the 'Location' page on the website.

Is it possible for minors to stay without a guardian?

Under the Juvenile Protection Act and other relevant laws, strictly restricts unaccompanied minors from using the Resort rooms.
Minors (under 19 years of age) can stay at the resort rooms only when accompanied by their legal guardians (parents), and the hotel may request ID to check if at the time of their check-in.

The hotel check-in time is 15 p.m. and the check-out time is 11 a.m.

What is the maximum number of guests in rooms?

[Landing, Shinhwa, Marriott]

- Superior, Deluxe and Suite Type consisting of King Bed: Maximum occupancy is 3 and up to 2 adults can stay.
- Deluxe Family Twin, Premier Family Twin Type consisting of family twin beds: Maximum occupancy is 4, and up to 3 adults can stay.

[Somerset]
- Family Suite Ondol: Maximum occupancy is up to 6 adults and up to 3 children are allowed and extra person charges apply per person.
- All other room types: Maximum occupancy is up to 5 adults and up to 4 children are allowed and extra person charges apply per person.
Extra bedding (up to 2 sets per room) is available upon request with charge and subject to availability.

* Please understand that the number of standard number of capacity may be changed according to the social distancing guidelines.

Which resort is available for Family Twin room type?

- Landing Hotel: Deluxe Family Twin

Maximum occupancy is 4, and up to 3 people can stay.
The bed consists of a queen bed and a single bed.

- Landing, Shinhwa, Marriott (Hotel): Extra Bed is up to 1 is available upon request for room types consisting of only one king bed.
- Somerset (Condominium): Extra Bedding is up to 2 sets per room available upon request upon request.

Can I add extra bedding?

Bedding set will rented in Somerset (Condominiums) with extra charge and can be closed early in a limited quantity.

* Landing, Shinhwa and Marriott (Hotels) do not offer bedding rental and addition.

Is it possible to move the bed in the room?

It is not available to relocate or move furniture due to the prevention of safety accidents in the room and the possibility of damage to hotel assets.

Can I receive the delivery to the resort where I stay?

Please share the information below and check the items that cannot be serviced delivery.

For safe management of items, you must receive items directly from the concierge desk.

- Please use reservation registered name and mobile number when make a reservation and write reservation confirmation number.
- If request to the resort in advance, please share the tracking number, courier name and delivery item.
- Food, drink and refrigerator storage items are not acceptable to serviced.

Can I stay with my pet at the resort?

Pets can stay only at Pet-Friendly Room located in Somerset. Please check [Somerset Pet-Friendly Room] page for further details.
Please refer to [Pet Guide Map]to verify areas within the resort were pets are allowed.
Service dogs are welcome throughout the resort without any restrictions.

Is there a room available in the microwave?

- Landing, Shinhwa, Marriott (Hotel): Cooking and delivery of food outside the hotel room are restricted and no microwave is available.

- Somerset (Condo): Fully equipped with kitchen facilities and set a multi-oven.

Is electric vehicle charging available within Jeju Shinhwa World?

Paid electric vehicle charging stations are available in both Jeju Shinhwa World and Theme Park parking lot. Please bring membership or charging card for vehicle charging.
* Accepted cards: JoyEV, Ministry of Environment EV Charging card, SS Charger, Happy Charger, Charging Mate, Everon, G Charger, Chaevi Infrastructure, EV Line, ChargeV
* SM3 and Tesla vehicles require dedicated cables.

Are disposable items provided for free upon request at the hotel?

Starting from March 29, 2024, the provision of complimentary disposable items in hotels will be completely prohibited under the Recycling Act. Items such as disposable razors, toothbrushes, and toothpaste can be purchased within the hotel. Please contact the hotel concierge for information on where to buy these items.

Is the resort's sports facilities for guests only?

The resort's sports facilities (swimming pools and fitness) are operated for guests and are available free of charge with the maximum capacity per room type.

Is there a usage regulation for each sports facility?

Resort sports facilities can be used once a day during the stay and cross-use or re-entry is not allowed.

Admission policy: Allowed for ages 16 and up
Clothing etiquette: Require to wear appropriate sportswear and sports shoes.
 

[Swimming Pool]
The swimming pool is available once a day during the stay.

Admission policy: Under the age of 13 – Only allowed to use when accompanied by a guardian | Under 37 months - Required to wear the waterproof diapers
Swimming rule: Children less than 4.6ft – Only allowed to use with wearing a life jacket and accompanied by a guardian
Clothing etiquette: Appropriate swim attire such as functional cloth and swimwear (Normal clothes are not allowed)
*Following article 23 (5) of the Safety-Hygiene Standards, the swimming pool is operated for 50 minutes and has a 10 minutes break to check the water quality.

How about the swimming pool?

The resort's swimming pool is operated in the form of a pool, so there are no separate lane. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools are planned for each season.
We rent a life vest for children for free and it may be difficult to rent it in a limitation.
The operation of facility are subject to change according to government guidelines.

- Outdoor Pool: From May to October (Shinhwa Hotel Skypool operates 365 days)

[Water temperature]
- Winter: Only indoor swimming pools are operated and maintained at 29°C-34°C. Children's pools in the Tamorra and Mosil are maintained at 32-35°C.
- Marriott Hotel Mosil Club House Pool: 1.2m indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 0.5m indoor/outdoor kids pool, 0.5m outdoor Jacuzzi
- Summer: We operate both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and maintain water temperature at 28°C - 32°C. Children's pools in Tammora and Mosil are maintained at 34-35°C.

- Somerset Tammora Club House Pool: Indoor Main Pool 1.1m, Outdoor Main Pool 1.2m, Kids Pool 0.5m, Indoor Jacuzzi 1.1m, Outdoor Jacuzzi 1.2m
- Marriott Hotel Mosil Club House Pool: 1.2m indoor/outdoor swimming pool, 0.5m indoor/outdoor kids pool, 0.8m outdoor Jacuzzi
- Shinhwa Hotel Skypool Pool: Main Pool 1.2m, Jacuzzi 0.7m, No Kids Pool

[Restrict items brought into the hotel swimming pool]
For safe and comfortable use, the following items are restricted.
Available: Round tube within 1m (only indoor swimming pool can be brought in and used, Shinhwa Hall Skypool not available), Arm tube, Neck tube, Life vest
Unavailable: Water play equipment (snorkeling equipment, flippers, beach ball, water gun, air mat, baby's toy), stroller

Shinhwa Hotel Skypool is only available with baby arm tubes, neck tubes and life vests.
