NOTE

- The program operates on a reservation basis, and it may not be available once the capacity is reached.
- If there are any special considerations for children (such as illnesses or allergies), please let us know at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations are free of charge until 12 PM the day before. A 30% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made on the day of the event.
- The programs consist of classes, camps, and all-day camps, each with different operating hours and participation fees.
- Participation may be restricted if there are safety concerns regarding the children, or if a situation arises that makes it difficult to proceed (e.g., a temperature of 37.3℃ or higher).
- Participants should arrive at the Shinhwa Resort 1F Kids & Family Lounge at least five minutes before the program begins.
- Please wear comfortable clothing, as outfits may get soiled during the program; we will not be responsible for any stained clothing.
- We are not liable for any safety accidents or injuries that may occur due to participant negligence during the program.
- The program is conducted by hotel caring instructors with the children, and guardians are not allowed to observe.
- The program may be changed or canceled depending on weather conditions and hotel operational circumstances.
