- [Package Benefit] Drivers must be 21 or older and have held a license for at least 1 year. Foreigners must bring an International Driving Permit.
- [Package Benefit] Rental car service includes comprehensive insurance, but single-car accidents and accidents involving 12 major negligence items are not covered. Fines for traffic violations will be charged to the registered credit card.
- [Package Benefit] Vehicle pickup and return are available at Jeju International Airport between 09:00~18:00 daily. (G car zone: 7-minute walk from Jeju Airport)

- Shinhwa Theme Park Big 3 tickets are provided once during the stay based on the number of guests.
- Operation schedules for Shinhwa Theme Park and Shinhwa Water Park are subject to change without notice due to hotel operations and weather conditions.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in / Fees apply thereafter (20% for 6-1 days before, 80% after 15:00 the day before check-in).
